You have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a change, in compliance with European consumer protection regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Product Status

The product must be unused , in its original packaging , with all its labels and in the same condition in which it was received.

Exchanges will not be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage or that do not have their original packaging.

Shipping costs

The customer must bear the return shipping costs.

In case of exchange, the customer must send the product to our facilities and assume the cost of the new shipment.

Exceptions
